This time is decepticon Arrowblast from Royal Guardians he is also a medic in the team (and always kick Sharky butt because his jokes make a lot of um...problems....xD)

He has also a small helper called Crossdmianond and he can transform in to small bird (sparrow) and he has ability to teleport small items form medic center and thanks to the scanner he has, he can diagnose a health problems at battle field  or expedition.

History: He is in deep sleep
Abilities:
Air Wave-when he claps his hands with power, he can create a wind wave, that can blow an oponent (if the terrain is sand it can create with this wave an sandstorm, if terrain is snow-it will be snow or hail)
Arrow Blast-using his vital forces he can put them in to arrow, it will start emited an energy and then, when he shoot using it, with enormous power it will fly to the one target and kill it instantly.
He can us this force only once at day because Royal Guardians Special Ability take his life force.

Interest: Medicine (all kind even the Earth one), Mythology (all kind), battle weapons
Like to: Sit in medic center and study medicine, like to read books, of course fight
His little secret: He don't tell anybody but he like love flowers and has his own garden
Hate:   When Sharky do his stupid jokes around, when others don't take care of them, also when he lose
He is: Calm and cold hearted (for everybody but true is that he can show good emotions), he is, who don't talk to much but if say something everybody around will close his mouth
